You have the freedom to create whatever kind of ADU you want: you can make it match with your current house, or direct whatever style you want it to look like. If you don't want to design your own ADU, we have  templates you can choose from!

Step 3: Permitting  


Building Buddy will handle the complex permitting process in your city, and coordinate any and all comments to take away the stress of dealing with the building and planning departments

Step 4: Construction  


Work with our best-in-class construction partners to help realize your dream ADU
